Magnet schools are awesome. The diversity within my classroom brings a richness and depth to discussions that I was not able to create in a neighborhood school. My school is racially and economically balanced. Despite our differences, we learn to work as a cohesive unit. We build on the strengths of the people surrounding us, and we learn from one another. My school is magic, and I feel privileged to be a part of such a powerful place.
