  • Cooperation Through Physical Education

    Funded Jan 20, 2011

Thank you for your recent donation to my school. My Physical Education classes have already benefited from your donation. The equipment has helped me in offering more cooperative game activities such as flag football, chase and flee games, capture the flag, and many students enjoy throwing the footballs that have the fins attached to the rear.

Working in a title 1 school continues to be a very rewarding experience for me. With budget constraints continuing to grow tighter and tighter it is vital for teachers in my building to reach out for available donation programs like donorschoose.org. Donorschoose.org has continued to provide my program with generous donations for the past 4 years. It is through the generosity of donors like you that make my job much better. You have provided a valuable resource that will remain in my school for years to come.

I can only say thank you with the assurance that my students have benefited from your generosity.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Arazosa

  • Cooperative Physical Education = Character Development

    Funded Dec 20, 2009

Thank you very much for your generous to my students and my physical education program. The Omniken cooperative balls have been a great success. The students really enjoy using them in phys. ed class.

With contributions by donors like you I have vastly improved my phys. ed program to include games and equipment that I would otherwise not be able to supply through our schools strained budget.

I have wonderful kids who often have their backs to the wall with the everyday living situations against them. The equipment you donated has brought many smiles to their faces and also has taught them new games and physical activities.

Thank you again, from me the teacher and the many students who you have positively affected.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Arazosa

  • Harlem Pride Athletics

    Funded Aug 7, 2008

    Dear Donor,

Thank you so very much for your generous donation to Central Park East High School. Our students and staff will be so pleased to use the equipment you have donated to our gym.

I promise you that my student athletes will put the indoor soccer goals to good use. The goals will also give our gym a nice facelift. Over 50% of our students fall below the poverty line. Many of my athletes often stay in the gym well into the early evening because it is a place where they feel safe.

Thank you so much from me and my students who will benefit from your generosity.

    Sincerely,

    Richard A
