• Ignite a Love for Reading

  Your generous donation is greatly appreciated. It has allowed me to purchase materials to enhance our students' overall library experience.

  I was able to use the teacherspayteachers gift card to purchase materials for new bulletin boards that are both decorative and educational. The students are enjoying them very much, and they are useful in our daily library activities.

  I was also able to purchase a large set of library lessons that align with language arts standards that are being covered in the classroom. Thanks again for your support of our school.”

• We Have Big Ideas, Help Us Share Them

  My students were very excited when we received the "giant post-it notes." They make it much easier to display student work and projects in the classroom and hallway. It is also much easier to rearrange completed projects in the classroom and hallway. We have been able to create posters and thinking webs, and discuss and share work with others. We are able to share information between different class periods easily. The large self stick posters have been a great addition to our learning resources. Thank you so much for helping our class.”

• Make Using Technology for Instruction Easier

  Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom. Your gift of a laptop for use with my Promethian interactive whitboard has made it much easier to create interactive lessons for my students. It also removed a great deal of clutter from a very visable area in my classroom. After hooking up my new laptop, I was able to move the desktop computer to another area the clasroom for student use.

  I really appreciate you considering my project and making such a wonderful improvement to my classroom. It has certainly increased student participation and learning, and will do for students in my classroom for years to come.”

• Turn Up the Volume in Physical Education

  Dear Donor,

  Thank you so much for your generous donation which provided a new stereo system for my classes. The students have really benefited from the increased volume, and the ability to use mp3s. It is very convenient to be able to use an mp3 player for music, and I am able to use a much wider variety of songs with my students.

  Overall funding for the school system was greatly decreased this year, which resulted in the complete elimination of funds for classroom supplies. Without your donation, the purchase of a sound system would not have been possible”
