I am concerned with my students not being active. My students learn better when the are moving around. Movement is a great way to learn. Instruction will be fun and students will look forward to doing it and get healthy at the same time. I will also use it as incentives. I can use it when the child just needs some time dealing with trauma. It is a way the class will be able to stay engaged and at the same time taking care of them mentally and physically. It would not be the typical middle school classroom but one to be excited about.
