I work at an incredible, Title 1 school with a group of extraordinary kids. Although that are growing up in a high poverty area, some with more problems at the age of 7 than others experience in their whole lives, they love learning and look forward to being here each and every day. It is like a second home for them where they have the comforts and love that support their growth not only as learners but as people! I can honestly say that our students walk in each and every day and are excited to be at our school. They are comfortable and feel like they have their own space to learn, grow and take a deep breath in.
