Many of my students arrive at school 6:30 AM and then leave by 6:00 PM for after care and tutoring. This make for a long day for fourth graders. My students need the vibe and energy to continue to be successful throughout their school day. Rewarding my students with a snack for their hard work and creativity is an excellent way to keep the work flow energized. They feel a sense of accomplishment when they complete their assignments and are rewarded with a snack to continue to become a success.
