Building Fine Motor Skills Through Play
Funded Aug 8, 2024Words cannot express my gratitude for your generous donation to my classroom. The materials you donated help my students daily and have boosted their confidence in many ways. My students have loved practicing their counting skills with the various counting centers. They have also enjoyed sorting the objects into appropriate colors using the different-size tweezers provided. The fine motor skills centers have also helped improve my students' writing abilities. They feel more confident holding a pencil and writing their letters.
These materials will not just impact my students this school year but will continue to impact students year after year. They will continue to help my students and increase their skills in problem-solving, number sense, sorting, and more. Without your help, my students would have never been able to have this opportunity.
Thanks to your generosity, you are helping the lives of students everywhere.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Aldrich

Funded Sep 2, 2023My students' faces lit up the moment I showed them all the materials we received. It was just like opening presents on Christmas morning. They were so excited to play and try out all the new things.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for your generous donation to my classroom. The materials you donated help my students on a daily basis. They are able to practice valuable social skills, like sharing, taking turns, and working as a team. These materials have boosted the confidence of my students in so many ways. My students have loved playing with the puppets and playing the board games, Chutes and Ladders and Candyland. They have also enjoyed listening to the CD that came with the Listening Lotto Alphabet Names & Sounds and finding the correct letters on their boards and listening to the CD that came with Listening Lotto Faces & Feelings and finding the correct feeling picture on their boards. My students have also become more confident in their counting skills with the use of the Counting Cans, Counting Cones, Counting Cars, Numbers/Counting Magnetic Activity Tin, and the Nuts about Counting.
These materials are not just going to impact my students this school year but will continue to impact students year after year. They will continue to help my students and increase their skills in problem-solving, number sense, letter/sound recognition, and so much more. Without your help, my students would never have had this opportunity. Thanks to your generosity, my students can enjoy playing with other students and use their imagination.”
