Thank you so much for supporting our project and providing these wonderful ball chairs for our students! They were so excited to try new seats !These flexible seating options create a learning environment that maximizes student learning and allows me to address individual student learning needs. Being able to move, sit in a comfortable chair, and get their wiggles out makes all the difference. Research suggests that classroom arrangement significantly impacts student behavior and academic achievement, so I am hoping to provide my students with even more flexible seating options next year.

Our school is a Title 1 school in Washington with limited funding and resources. We have over 120 active ELL students and many more monitored. They come from very diverse backgrounds and speak a variety of languages at home, with little or no support from parents. My students are fabulous and eager to learn, but they are facing many difficulties in acquiring new language and learning new content at the same time. Creating a fun and stimulating environment is just one thing that I can do to make learning happen.
