This project will allow me to purchase materials to build and set up two additional Breakout boxes in my 6th grade Math & Science classroom. I will make the boxes myself out of wood but will use this grant to purchase additional locks and other materials to run Breakouts. These materials include such things as locking pencil boxes, uv flashlights and a uv marker, and a secret safe. My students LOVE the challenge of Breakout activities and by purchasing additional materials, they will be able to be more engaged in smaller groups for greater opportunity for all of them to participate.
