We have already learned how to look for words in crossword puzzle. They will learn to read the words to look for hidden pictures. This amazing bag with goodies will be treasured by parents who don't have to hand over their phone but to enjoy their time together as a family with the fun activity books.”

• Kindergarten Art Gallery 2024

  Tis the season to be jolly. Thank you for making our students be merry with your gifts.

  All the goodies that came our way got us really excited to start the new school year.

  Awards and stickers were used to reward positive behaviors. Students were eager to help others and become good citizens. The other supplies such as hooks and organizers were use to access their own tools with ease. Individual clothes pins are used to show their feelings throughout the day. It guides and names their feelings so that students can manage it by calming themselves down.

• Kindergarten Readers Need Phonics Books

  Happy Holidays! Thanks to your generous donation of phonics books for our class, we are reading with enthusiasm. Students love reading these books that they can read with success.

  We were able to assess their individual reading level to provide the students with the books that were appropriate. Students can now read with joy. Parents have also been pleased to see the progress.

• The Year of the Dragon -2024

  Funded Dec 27, 2023

  Thanks a bunch for the donations to learn about the lunar new year. We are still enjoying the Chinese checker and Chinese jump-rope during our playtime in the yard. Our class celebrated it by tasting the fortune cookies, taking home the red envelope with coin, decorating their fans with beautiful stencils. It was an awesome experience for the entire class.

  The second part of the project had to do with decorating our garden with spring plants, hummingbird feeder, painted birdhouses. We loved watching birds come to feed and butterflies landing on flowers.

• Back to School 2022-23

  Thank you for your donation to Back to School 2022-23. We started this school year with flying colors for our students. We are using the materials that you have provided for the students in many ways.

  The whiteboard with markers have helped the students with spelling and writing the letters correctly in the lined spaces. I have been able to award them with treasures that were part of the grant and they love to receive the incentives. My students are learning to be respectable with the supplies, responsible with their behaviors and using kind words with each other.

• Art Supplies for Kindergarten

  Since school has started, we have been enjoying the art supplies that you have donated to our class. Thanks to the acrylic paints, we were able to pain the wooden pumpkins to make jack-o-lanterns. The velcro strips allowed us to display our fall art work on the pockets. Students picked their own clothes pin colors to display how we are doing in class.

  There are more arts and crafts we are planing to make for the holidays and we are so grateful that you have given us the tools to have fun making it and taking it home to share with our families.

• Music and Move

  We appreciate your donation. We have been using the DVD player to sing and dance to spelling, phonic and reading. It has given us an effective ways to take brain breaks between subjects. Just when our students are ready get up to stretch, we turn on a music and video to get the wiggles out!

  The Mat has definitely helped out in keeping our bottoms clean when we have outside playground activities. With all the black asphalt ground with dirt and dust, we are grateful that we have a mat to sit, so our clothes will stay clean.

• STEM LEGO Train Set

  Funded Aug 16, 2022

  Thank you for the LEGO Coding Express Train Set. It has been a wonderful addition to our classroom project. It has allowed our students to work as a team, collaborating, communicating and creating. Students are having fun in solving the lego pieces in making the track, castle, gas station and the trains. Coding the train to make sound as it travels down the track is a popular skill.

  My kindergarten students look forward to LEGO day. Your donation really made a huge difference in team building skill. We would like to show our appreciation with some pictures.”
