Teaching in a neighborhood with lot of challenges is not an easy task and unfortunately as teachers we do not always get acknowledged for going above and beyond for our students .
When I started the cross stitching club I did not know how successful it was going to be but I took a chance and with the generous help of Bezos family I certainly put smiles on many students' faces .
Since our funding my students worked on many cross stitching projects and I couldn't not believe how much they enjoyed cross stitching and they told me how much peace it brought to them and how much it calmed their mind.
Again I couldn't not thank enough to Bezos family for this great opportunity . My students and I really appreciate your donations !”
