My students are a delightful group of children from k - 4th grade who don't have the ability to communicate verbally and who have varying degrees of intellectual disabilities. A few of my students also have additional challenges, like needing to use a wheelchair. They spend part of the day in a special education classroom and part of the day in the general education setting with their peers.
