My students need a space for them to be creative and innovate. That is why our new Maker Space is so important. It will be a space for them to become problem solvers, inventors, scientists and engineers. A 3D Printer will allow them to visualize what they are learning about in ELA, Social Studies, and Science! By donating to this project, you will be giving a 21st century tool to students who would never have access to be at the cutting edge of education. The MakerBot 3D printer will enhance the engineering experience by giving the students the opportunity to design and print structures that they are learning about and even engage in design challenges that allow them to solve real work problems. Engaging the students in the engineering process will benefit them in all areas of learning.
