My hard working students have grown to be content with what is offered. This is the only way of life where they're from. The often use the motto "get what ya get, and don't throw a fit". These children come from homes that usually house more than one immediate family. So, resources and materials are stretched thin. The silver lining is, they appreciate the things that they do possess.
