My students are 5th and 6th graders that attend a public K-6 school. They are in a self-contained classroom, but push into general education classrooms frequently. They have disabilities including autism, intellectual disability, and health impairments, but you would never know given their zest for life. They are energetic, loving, and can't wait to come to school. They are very eager to learn and do their best when we can modify materials to help them be successful. Funding this project would give them the resources they need to be successful in my class and in the general education classrooms.
