Engaging Centers!
Funded May 3, 2022Thank you so much for your generosity! I am so lucky to have your support and encouragement. My class is very excited for things to start arriving so they can use them. This year they have been reading like crazy and these materials will help to foster that enthusiasm. I really appreciate your donation and cannot wait to update with pictures.”

This classroom project was brought to life by SONIC Drive-In and 3 other donors.Making Learning Fun
Funded Jul 15, 2013My kindergarten class has been so blessed to receive this learning tool in our classroom. They are so thrilled at the thought of a stranger giving money to help their classroom. This has inspired conversations in our classroom about generosity and acts of kindness even if we do not know the person. This gift has really made me students feel special and cared about.
We use our rolling cart every day and in multiple places. In the morning we use it during circle time for our morning message and letter activities. During small groups this provides myself and my aide a place to give students examples that they can see. The magnetic whiteboard provides a surface that can be used in a variety of ways. We are so lucky to have a learning tool like this that is mobile and able to help keep our important resources organized. Thank you so much for donating to our classroom!”

Technology in the Classroom
Funded Jan 7, 2013I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate your generosity. It is difficult to provide classrooms with the new and upcoming technology. Students in lower income schools often miss out on learning through technology at home. Your gift has helped me show them that tablets are not just toys. They have valuable learning experiences and can open up a whole new world.
My students love to get the opportunity to read a book or challenge their mind with a brain game. This has helped motivate them to learn in our classroom and encouraged them to work together and cooperate with one another.
Thank you for all you have done!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Elliott
