I am a Special Education Teacher in Central Harlem with a multi-faceted and and multi-handicapped population that is eager to learn. I am requesting a digital projector which will make it possible for my students to see the world enlarged and enhanced through technology. I use a computer in my classroom to engage the students, and to provide a multi-sensory learning environment. My students respond to visual media, and the integration of technology with everyday curricula is necessary to insure that all of my students have the same chance to successfully complete their work.
