High Level Thinkers Seek Knowledge in High Definition

From the bottom of my heart I just want to say, thank you. Your generous donation made such a huge difference to my students. You provided for my students not just materials to use in class, but ultimately hope. You communicated to my students that you as well as others in their community care about them. In our class we constantly discuss community and understand it as a theme for our learning. You were able to put the theme of community from theory into practice for my students.

Words cannot describe how helpful it has been to have a projector and projector stand in our classroom. Everyday we are discovering new ways we can learn and especially incorporate media into our class. Just recently my students and I watched the second presidential debate for the 2012 election. Though only in fourth grade, my students were able to analyze the questions that were asked and analyze each presidential candidate's response to those questions. Before having our newly donated equipment, my students and I were not able to stream the actual debate. We solely relied on text. But now we're able to learn in multiple ways.

Though physically you have never visited our class, I can truly say that because of your generous donation you will be with use for the rest of my student's lives. A projector and projector stand is the difference you have made that will help students learn more, learn in different ways and ultimately go to college. You not only helped my students but your helped their community. Thank you.”
