  • Building Possibilities

    Funded Dec 3, 2024

Thank you so much for the amazing supplies for our building club. We are currently exploring all the possibilities that the building supplies have to offer. The building club is part of our school's genius hour. Students are so excited to have the materials to explore their creativity and critical thinking.

Each week students will be given a challenge that they must solve using the building supplies. Students are so excited to participate and share their solutions with their peers and families. Without your generous donations we would not have the variety of materials to be able to make this club so engaging.”

    With gratitude,

  • Reading Variety

    Funded Nov 7, 2024

Thank you so much for the wonderful resources your donations were able to help buy. My students have been so excited to participate in read alouds using the big read aloud books. They have enjoyed being able to see the larger than life pictures and share the stories with their peers.

We have also been able to utilize the books on CD. They are included in a very popular station in our library. Students at all grades are able to listen to the stories and follow along with the book. This has really helped engage students who usually struggle with reading or are reluctant to read. Thank you again!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Sellars

  • Comfort Seating for Reading

    Funded Nov 25, 2023

Thank you so much for the generous donations you have given to help my students get materials to make our library a more inviting reading space. We have been working on really digging into the joy of reading independently and finding books that we like.

Having large pillow for floor seating has really been a game changer for students. They are so excited to find a cozy spot to sit and read their library books and continually choose the pillows purchased with your donations. Thank you for your help in encouraging a love for reading in my library.”

  • Library Supplies

    Funded Dec 5, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous support of my students. I am overjoyed that these basic supplies will allow me to help grow their creativity in the library. The markers, colored pencils and pillows for comfortable seating will be used by all the students at our small school, when they come to the library.

The comfortable seating really adds to the library environment and making independent reading more inviting. Students are able to find quiet spaces on the floor to sit and read or sit and work on their projects. My gifted classes will also be able to utilize the supplies when they are working on projects. Thank you again for all the support.”

  • Breakout Rooms for Critical Thinking

    Funded Feb 4, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous donations. The Breakout EDU lock box kit and online subscription has really been a great resource to help my students with their critical thinking skills. Students are able to work their to solve puzzles using clues and also working on their collaboration skills.

The online accounts have really allowed my talent pool students to work on puzzles at their own pace and really think outside the box. All students at my school have been able to take advantage of the lock box kit and have really enjoyed Breaking-out!”

  • Critical Thinking

    Funded Nov 29, 2022

Thank you full heartedly for the generous donations. The STEAM reproducible books that we received have been an exciting adventure. We have only scraped the surface of the activities that we will be able to do with these books and will continue to use them in the future. Our school is opening a STEAM lab and these books will help to create more success for this program.

We also have had a lot of fun using our chess sets. They are very helpful especially for my students who are learning the basics and are new to chess. It has really been a fun way for my students to practice critical thinking when playing with their peers.”

  • Thinking Critically

    Funded Sep 19, 2022

Thank you so much for the amazing generosity you have shown us in helping us get these materials. My students have begun using the games to increase their critical thinking skills. They are able to also work on their collaborative working skills. They have really enjoyed being able to work together to play the game Blokus. Students in grades K-5 have been able to play these games during their enrichment classes.

My 4th and 5th grade classes have have been able to complete an earthquake unit. The earthquake simulator really allowed them to look at seismic activity and brought their research to life in a way that they would not have been able to experience without your donations.

Our next unit will be using the coding mice and all students are very excited to start that adventure.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Sellars
