    We've had an abnormally warm winter, but this week we finally had a cold snap. We had snow on Monday and lots of wind! Students were so excited to wear their new beanies, neck warmers, and gloves! They also have been wearing their new warm and fuzzy socks! I am so thankful for your support and the opportunity to provide these important items to my students. Everyone has been so thankful and truly appreciates your generosity! We've baked cookies, served coffee and donuts, made hot chocolate, and served our friends. We've learned important steps in problem solving, trying again, organizing, taking care of our things, and cleaning up. Students have been growing in their language, learning to take turns, and exploring their creativity.

I am aware of the challenges many of my students face, and I make sure that when they walk through my classroom door, they are all given an equal opportunity to learn in a positive, encouraging environment.

About my class
