    We had such a rainy day today but you made it so much better! They were so thrilled to have new items to play with. I could hear them sharing and naming every animal. Each table had different sets and the students didnt know which one to play with first! Thank you for brining joy and engagement to our recess. I know these animals will be enjoyed by so many students for years to come. I am thankful for donors like you that keep their days engaging and fun. I have the pleasure of working with twenty special needs students in a high poverty title one school in Washington, DC. I have a group of diverse learners with disability classifications ranging from emotional disturbance, autism, and specific learning disorders. With such a wide range of learning styles my students seek mutli sensory activities to help them access the general education curriculum.
