Good-Bye Germs
Funded Aug 7, 2024I am beyond grateful for your generous donation to my classroom project. My students were so excited when the boxes arrived in my classroom. The sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer have helped limit the amount of germs we share throughout the day! My students love the smell of the Swiffer floor wipes, which is great because we use it often!
Your generosity has shown my students that they are cared for and loved. It truly is amazing to see people from across the country donate to my classroom. You have given my students the opportunity to have a clean and healthy classroom and we are all incredibly thankful for that!”

Help Us Stay Charged!
Funded Nov 28, 2023Thank you for your generous donations to my classroom project. Thanks to you my students are able to start their day with a fully charged device and a safe location to store their iPads. We no longer need to worry about missing assignments and activities due to a low battery. My students love that they have their own charging slot that is sturdy and easily accessible. Students from other homerooms take advantage of the charging stations as well. Overall, you have helped improve instruction for sixty-one students!
Thank you again for your amazing generosity!”

Funded Nov 28, 2022Thank you so much for your generous donations. The new materials that we were able to receive have been used daily inside the classroom. My students love the compete against one another in the various splash games, make silly sentences with our sentence boards, and practice their spelling and sight word skills with the magnetic sight words. Students are excited to engage in these centers and show their classmates what they are able to do.
Thank you very much once again, you have all made a wonderful impact on my students.”

Our Magic Carpet
Funded Aug 12, 2021Thank you for your generous donation to my classroom project. Covid-19 has put a damper on many things that my students truly love, but thanks to your generosity my students have been reminded about the "good" that is still out there in the world. Thanks to you my students are able to practice handwriting on the magnetic board, remain on task for longer periods of time thanks to the desk bands, and look forward to sitting together on our new classroom rug. While we haven't been able to enjoy our rug just yet because because of our district's Covid protocol, my students are still so excited to one day be able to enjoy that space together!”

Funded Sep 17, 2020To say that 2020 has been difficult would be an understatement. The pandemic has changed the way we shop, socialize, work, and of course the way we learn. My students began the school year learning remotely from home, without a definite date of return. While I am impressed to see the effort and dedication my students put into their education, there are still many challenges that they face on a daily basis. Many of my students live at home with multiple siblings, most of which are also learning remotely from home. It can be difficult to focus on assignments and lessons, when three of your siblings are learning in the same room. However, thanks to your generosity my students have been given the headphones needed to limit the distracting noises that surrounds them. My families and I are incredibly grateful for your donation, as you have made things at home a bit easier during this difficult time.”

Funded Nov 23, 2019Thank you all for your generous donations to my classroom. The supplies you provided will help my students complete classrooms activities throughout the year without the stress of worrying about having the appropriate materials.
When the supply box arrived in my classroom my students were absolutely blown away. My students were full of excitement as I showed them their new crayons, markers, and colored pencils, they could not believe that the supplied belonged to them. Many of my students have never had new supplies to call their own, but now thanks to you, they do!
We put our new materials to work right away! My class is currently learning about holidays around the world, and were eager to add color to their work. The students really enjoyed coloring their World Airline's plane ticket, and we couldn't forget to color in our Netherlands work as well.
These students LOVE to let their creativity show, and now they have the resources to do so. Thank you so much once again :)”

Funded May 8, 2019Thank you so very much for your generous donation to my classroom. The ball seats have been a great addition to my classroom and my students truly enjoy using them everyday.
Although we have not had the chairs for long, my students have used them for many activities already! They really enjoy sitting on them during our Math and ELA center time, and also use them while reading. I have noticed that my students are more eager to participate in activities when they are able to use these chairs.
Many of my students that have trouble focusing, or those that struggle emotionally really enjoy using the balls as a way to self regulate. It means the world to me, and to them, to have the resources necessary to make the school day as positive and productive as possible.”

Funded Apr 18, 2019My students are over the moon with our new wobble chairs, and I cannot thank you enough! When my students entered the classroom, each one of them lit up with surprise and excitement when they saw stools around one of our classroom tables. With smiling faces I heard them whisper to each other "did you see that?", "those are so cool!", and " I want to try them!". The stools have been a great addition to our centers, and I have noticed that students are more focused on their assignment, while moving about on their chairs.
My students are not the only ones in the building to take notice of fabulous new furniture. Students from one of the buildings special education rooms will sometimes come over and asked to use one of our chairs as a way to help deescalate themselves or to help them focus. Our Principal has also made several comments about how amazing the wobble chairs are.
Thank you so much for your generosity, it really has made such a difference in my classroom!”

Funded Sep 7, 2018Thank you so very much for your generous donations. My students were so excited to see their new dry erase boards and markers. I have seen the classroom light up when I ask them to get their boards, because they know that something fun is about to happen.
We have used our boards to answer math facts as quickly as possible, write starter sentences to show off to our classmates, and to practice spelling familiar, and unfamiliar words.
Thank you for helping my students " show what they know". Your contribution has made a great impact on our daily instruction.”

Funded Apr 15, 2018Thank you very much for your generous donation to my classroom! My students were excited to hear about our colored printer. I have been enjoying switching our boring black and white material to bright and colorful images.
The first activity we completed with our new colored printer was story sequencing activity with my English Language Learner students. They were excited to see that the pictures they were sorting looked EXACTLY like the pictures from the story. They also enjoyed the rainbow word creation activity as well. Pictures of both activities are attached to this project.
Thank you once again for helping my classroom become more colorful!”
