Fun Fridays

My class has been consistently earning Fun Fridays due to the motivation of wanting to play with the STEM toys provided!
They are all super engaged in every toy, as there's something for everyone with the variety of toys from this project. Some flock towards the Magnatiles every week and some love the Legos, while some love being creative in drawing with the markers!
When we first rolled out Fun Fridays after winter break, they were so excited to play with the toys. They have eagerly earned the reward every week so far!

These fun items will help motivate students to work hard so they can play hard! It will also encourage responsible, respectful, and safe play with their peers. These will be used for Fun Fridays, where they have the chance to choose a creative center to play. Fun Fridays will be earned as a class incentive throughout the week to work hard. This year after being remote has been difficult on the students, as they are truly learning what it means to be in a classroom here they are held accountable for their engagement, participation and work completion. A little incentive will go a long way to motivate them to do their best!
