  • Bump, Dig, Set, Serve. Let's Play Volleyball!

    On Behalf of the students at JHS 123, Thank you for your generosity. We received the new volleyball bases/poles back in April. However, we had to throw out the old volleyball equipment. Then the new equipment was assembled and brought into the gym.

    Recently, my volleyball team was able to spend an afternoon playing volleyball with the new equipment. The photos that were submitted with the thank you package are from that day. My student-athletes were excited to play with the new volleyball bases/poles. They said that the equipment is new, looks nice and is safe and secure.

  • New Volleyballs for My Students

    The influx of new volleyballs has allowed more of my students to enjoy playing the game of volleyball. I have seen more children in my school playing volleyball than ever before.

    We have a coed volleyball team that has generated a lot of interest in boys but especially girls. I am happy to see more girls playing volleyball than ever before at my school. Girls playing sports brings a smile to my face knowing they will benefit physically and emotionally from participating in a sport.
