I currently teach "Gifted and Talented" students who come from diverse backgrounds. In my classroom, I have some students who have been diagnosed with behavioral disorders, as well as some with social-emotional needs. Using the growth mindset mentality has helped me meet the ever-changing needs of this diverse group of creative, out-of-the-box thinkers.
