Students at our school are lucky enough to have a multitude of options available for plus classes, however when it comes to social studies, there is no variation. I have many students who want to partake in extra social studies activities. Since we have many students whose parents are struggling financially, it only seems fitting to reach out to the community in hopes of offering reading and academic enrichment to these hungry learners. Our school is very supportive of many different cultures, needs, socioeconomic classes, and personalities.
