Your kindness and generosity mean a lot to me, and I'm so grateful for your consideration of my project to help fully fund. The gloves and hats come in handy while many of my students walk to school daily, and the snacks were a wonderful treat!

Thank you again for thinking of me, and I truly appreciate your generosity. Please check my Donors Choose projects for wonderful things that are planned for my students.”

  • Warm Hearts, Warm Hands

    Funded Nov 20, 2023

Thank you so much for choosing my warm hearts, warm hands project to fund for my students! It warmed my heart that I was able to provide a fleece blanket, scarf, hat, and gloves to each of my students.

The gift bag was a perfect touch to the gift and made them smile. I heard a student exclaim that "I now have a blanket to keep me warm at night." I am thankful that I was able to make that happen through the generous donation you made to my class project! Please check out my future projects and see the wonderful things that are taking place in my classroom.”

  • Let's Glow Together

    Funded Feb 9, 2022

Thank you for choosing my glow project to fully fund! My students love when we have the glow party celebrations in the classroom to enhance our reading during the week. I encourage my students to read in a variety of comfortable flexible spaces in the classroom and they love the space that has the glow lights.

Thank you for making my project a fun space in the classroom for my students to look forward to using during the day. The flash light reading and reward days are ones that we all look forward to as a reward. The glowing dice have become a hot center to review basic math facts.”

  • Slunch on Reduced Days= Snack Lunch

    Funded Mar 25, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donation to make my project a success in the classroom.

My students loved having a variety of snacks to eat in the classroom on days that we don't have lunch in school.

My students really enjoyed the fruit snacks the most and the chocolate chip cookies.

Thanks again for making my project a reality for my students. I never want any student to go hungry during the school day so extra snacks on the days that they were hungry, I was able to take the edge off until lunch with a quick snack that they were able to pick from the snack drawer in the classroom.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Henryk

  • Food For Thought

    Funded Dec 17, 2021

Thank you for choosing my classroom project to fully fund! My class was so excited to have their own copies of books to listen to and follow along while I read aloud. It has given us the opportunity to have great classroom discussions about characters, setting, predictions, and events that really occurred in our home state. We read I survived the Shark Attack of 1916 as a class and they loved it! The best part was when I surprised them and told them they were able to keep the book!

We cannot wait to begin to read the Goosebumps book next week during lunch together.

Thanks again for choosing my project to fund!”

  • Warm and Healthy During Flu Season

    Funded Dec 1, 2021

Thank you so much for choosing my class project to fully fund! My students loved receiving the items that would help keep them warm and healthy during flu season.

The love wearing the hats and gloves when we go outside at recess for fresh air during a mask break. I have seen a decline in the amount of absences in my classroom since they are wearing gloves and hats. It is great to be able to teach lessons and not have students that are falling behind due to multiple absences.

Thank you again for choosing my classroom project!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Henryk
