I have third graders who love to learn. There are 15 boys and 8 girls this year. The white boards will be a good way for the students to solve problems individually. They can also write word problems for their peers to solve. They can use the white boards for art projects for spacing and placement before transferring their ideas to paper. These children are creative thinkers and will appreciate the opportunity to "practice" before doing a final project. It will be easy for me to edit their work on a white board, too. Also, we will save trees by not wasting paper. My students are very earth friendly and want to recycle and reuse and take better care of the planet, and so do I.
