• Making Friendship Bracelets...

  Thank you for your generosity. This funded grant project to create friendship bracelets in our kindness club has profoundly impacted our community. By engaging students in crafting personalized bracelets, we will foster a sense of belonging, empathy, and support among peers and staff.

  This creative initiative has empowered club members to express their appreciation and gratitude towards others, promoting positive interactions and lasting bonds. • Planning for Success

  Thank you very much for your generous donation! Because of your contributions, I am able to plan out my days using an organized system. I can also easily find resources that my students need based on the unit we are studying. It makes such a difference in how much more time I can commit to my students' needs. I feel more organized and feel that I can get more resources with ease than I was able to before.

  Being organized is one of the aspects I stress students to learn in my classes so that they can stay on top of what they need to do. I cannot wait to continue to teach my students this valuable skill.”

• Positivity Prizes

  Thank you for your generous donation to my classroom! I am able to help students feel motivated to earn more prizes by participating and trying their best as well as being good citizens of our school community.

  Students love earning prizes especially when they are acknowledged for times when they are really trying to do the right thing. They have a sense of pride and I love to see them smile when that happens.

  Hopefully, more students can feel motivated to try to earn prizes through positive behaviors. Thank you so much again for this opportunity!”

• Let's Refer to The Chart!

  Thank you for your generous donation to my classroom! Now I have prizes to encourage positive behavior and to acknowledge students that are always trying to do the right thing.

  Kids really respond well to positive reinforcement! And I am happy to offer stickers and small prizes that won't be too distracting to other students learning the lessons.

  I hope that I will be able to give more students motivation to follow the rules and try their best when they are in school as well as become successful. Thank you again!”

• Clay Station

  Thank you very much for your generous donation! This will really give my students incentives to stay on task so they can play with play-doh. The really love a chance to play with clay.

  They also will have the opportunity to develop their fine and gross motor skills in their hands as well as practice using clay!

  I plan to open the play dog clay station to students that that may complete their work early or to students that need practice when we start our sculpture lessons.

  I'm very excited to give my students this chance to learn through play. Thank you very much!”

• Flexible Seating

  Thank you for your donation! When our school year first started, my some of my very younger students, in the lower grades had a lot of trouble with seating. They had chairs that were too small for the art tables and found it difficult to work because they just couldn't reach. After I have switched out the smaller chairs for the artist stools, my students are a lot happier and able to work better. They are able to sit at table height and also feel like they are in an art studio!

  This change in seating has made it so much better for my students all around because it also helps the ease of settling into the art lesson for the day since they don't have to worry about their chair. Thank you again for your generosity!”

• Learning to the X-steam!

  Thank you for your donation! Now students in our school will have an opportunity to get hands on experience using STEAM cart activities. The new STEAM cart for our school will be rotated among classrooms where they will be able to make and take projects as well as experiment building objects and learning about physical properties through "play".

  There has always been a shortage of hands on, lab-like experiments in our academic school year and this will really give our students a way to learn by doing hands on STEAM activities. This is such an impactful addition to our school!

• Clean and Organized Classroom

  Thank you for your support in this project. Students learn better in an environment that is organized and clean. I am able to keep the art room tidy which is not always easy since there are so many different art tools and sections that I teach throughout the week.

  My students are now able to see exactly where they can get the materials they need because they are clearly labeled in bins and containers as well as kept clean using all the cleaning supplies that were sent to me in this donation.

  This project has help me create a space for students where they can clearly think and work without the distraction of a mess. I truly appreciate that. Thank you!”
