  My students had an amazing and powerful experience learning to solve the math puzzles These new math puzzles provide the students with different kinds of challenges and the students have to cooperate, take risks and trust one another.

  The math challenges were tough and most were accomplished. All the challenges lead perfectly into powerful whole class discussions and the students learn so much about themselves and others. Everyone learns something new and this knowledge leads into problem solving and most important, they learn to think critically and in new ways. Thank you for this amazing opportunity.”

  My students had an amazing and powerful experience learning to crochet. This peaceful activity provides the students with different kinds of challenges and the students have to learn new skills and help one another. Sometimes they had to choose a partner and other challenges were whole class.

  The challenges were tough and most were accomplished. All the crocheting lead perfectly into powerful whole class discussions and the students learn so much about themselves and others. • 5th Grade Student Supplies

  Sorry for the delay. My students are really enjoying their binders, pencil pouches, pencils, pens, and dividers. These essential items are keeping them organized and feeling confident about school.

  The binders are taken home and brought back to school every day. They take their binders to different classes and they are learning how to stay organized and they can find their papers easily.

  The pencil pouches are great too. They put their glue sticks, pencil sharpener, pens and pencils and erasers inside these pouches. No one is allowed to put their supplies. inside their desks. Every item stays inside the pouch that is inside the binder.

• Math Puzzles

  Thanks for much for the amazing math puzzles. The students look forward to our math rotations every day and their favorite rotation are the math puzzles. They get to explore and experiment and take risks and challenges. The math puzzles require creativeness and problem solving and they get to collaborate with others to achieve a goal. These math puzzles help with keeping the students stay on task and build stamina for problem solving. It gives them a new way of thinking and approaching a multi step problem.”
