  • Help Us Keep It Organized!

    Funded Jul 2, 2024

I want to take the time to thank you all very much. My students and I were so excited to hear that this project was funded. We were even more excited when the items came to our classroom. These materials give my students the ability to find things for our STEAM class easily. It helps to keep all of our materials we use to build in an organized place! These materials will also help my future STEAM classes in the year that follow. Thank you so much for caring about my students' education as much as I do!”

    With gratitude,

    Dr. Patterson

  • Personalized Prizes

    Funded Oct 26, 2022

WOW WOW - My student screamed with excitement when they heard about the project getting funded. When the materials showed up, they were speechless and could not believe their eyes.

They were able to choose various prizes they wanted throughout the year. Some of them were water bottles with their names on them. The student of the month received something with Student of the Month on it and their names. They won backpacks and pencil cases with their names on them, and the spelling bee winners got shirts for them. THANK YOU SO MUCH.”

  • Hot Off the Press

    Funded Nov 29, 2022

My students were so excited to have this funded. They were able to print out various items they needed throughout the day. They were also able to use it all year with the extra ink that was purchased. We were able to learn how to change the ink for those who never used a printer.

Thank you very much for caring that my students had the resources they needed to have a great educational experience. You have made a difference in my students' lives. Thank you very much for all you did for them this year and what it will mean for my future students as well.”

  • Help Us Bouncy And Learn

    Funded Sep 10, 2021

These bands were very helpful for all my students. This project made it possible for all my students to have these at their desk. I was able to have them all have an outlet to be able to move at their seats but not distract others in the process. These bouncy bands are a wonderful addition to have in any classroom. These bands also are there to just give the students a place to out their feet in the classroom while sitting at their desks. Thank you to all the donors that made this project possible.”

  • Welcome Back to School!

    Funded Aug 4, 2021

Well today was the first day back with students and I was able to welcome them into the classroom with these goodies. It was nice to FINALLY be back in the classroom. My students were very excited and nervous since many have not been in the classroom setting for about a year and a half. I was so thankful all the materials were delivered to school in time so my students could start off the year with a positive small gift to show them that they are appreciated. It also teaches them that other people care to see them happy and value their education. THANK YOU!”

    With gratitude,

  • Tools Needed for Distant Teaching and Learning

    Funded Aug 12, 2020

These materials were wonderful. To be able to make connections with my students during Covid was truly amazing! I was able to continue to provided them lessons on the whiteboard just as if we were in the classroom in person. I was able to show them examples and work out math problems so they could better understand material that they will need in the future! Thank you to all the donors that who were able to make this happen not only for myself but for all my students. I am thankful that there are so many people that have the same passion for education as I have.”

    With gratitude,

Many of the students come from a very low income household. Our school is from PreK to 6th grade. We have about 1,200 students. My school and district, like many others, are facing extreme budget cuts. My classroom has very little to no supplies. As a teacher in the inner-city it is a daily struggle to get much needed supplies in my classroom. We have not had a contract for years and we are looking like we may not get one in the near future. We have had no raise so money is tight, however I try to do what I can to ensure my students receive a fair education with as many supplies as I can afford.
