My kids love to learn. They are excited about technology. Some, who are included in the non-special ed. classes can use the iPad to keep up with the others. It will help to level the playing field for them. Your generous donation to my project will be valuable to the self esteem and motivation of special needs middle school students who lack these things due to their struggle to learn. In today's world, with ever changing educational practices, these students are sometimes left behind the others. Our school receives little funding to help special needs students go beyond the scope of generalized learning. These iPads can help the students in both special education and inclusion classes. As a teacher, I can find motivating apps to assist them in going beyond!
