Take a Seat and Turn Learning On!
Funded Aug 28, 2024Your contribution has had such an impact on my students. We all thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The stools and classroom supples and materials were the missing piece to our flexible seating classroom! Some students learn better while moving around and not sitting in your traditional style classroom seat.
The classroom supplies of paper and cover sheets help kids complete classwork and display their work around the room. They create their own anchor charts too!
Thank you again from all of us in 4-208!”
With gratitude,
Ms. R.
Laying the Foundation!
Funded Sep 29, 2022Thank you so much for your generous contribution. Your donation has given my students the tools they need on a daily basis. They are able to show and express their thinking on the board. They use the shelf organizer to choose the style writing paper that they feel comfortable using. Not all children learn the same way and can show their thinking in the same way. This allows them to choose the tools that aid them in their processes the best. The possibilities are endless. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!”
With gratitude,
Ms. R.
This classroom project was brought to life by An Anonymous Classroom Supporter. The Basics
Funded May 30, 2018Thank you so much for your generosity towards our "Basics" project. Working in a low-economic area is not easy, and you are helping it become so. These students deserve as much as we can give them and your donation has helped us start the process!
The copy/paper machine helps give these students everything they need to succeed. We are shaping their future day by day and thanks to people like you, it is possible! Please know your donation helps put a smile on their face every day! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts here in 1-A5.”

Scientists in Action!
Funded Jun 24, 2016My students have never been so excited for Science class! Having the right materials and resources is super important to any teacher because it's what gets the children excited. When children are excited, they give you their undivided focus and attention. It's amazing how much more students learn when doing hands-on activities than simply reading from a book!
The reaction on the students' faces when they first saw the aquarium was priceless. Unfortunately, the majority of our students come from low income families, so something as simple as a fish tank and a few fish makes a world of a difference! They are now eager to learn. The Hands-On Specimen centers are also a favorite! They act as real scientists using magnifying glasses and explore fossils and x-rays. There are simply not enough words to express how thankful and excited we are for your help!”
With gratitude,
Ms. R.
Turn & Learn
Funded Sep 3, 2012There aren't enough words to express just how thankful my class and I are for your generous contribution. This letter is just a small token of my gratitude for your donation to my classroom. The Turn & Learn Chart has been helping my students every day since the moment it arrived in the room. We've used it to show our work, refer back to new information, and play numerous reading, writing, and math games. It has even helped the students take control and responsibility for their work. They love pretending to be "teacher" and it encourages very beneficial peer-to-peer learning.
Our school as well as many other schools are currently facing monetary problems, so without your help, this project would not have been possible. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart!”
With gratitude,
Ms. R.
