Stations Needed For Middle School Science

I just want to say thank you for your generous donation. My students are well aware that I purchase the cardstock for our station activities out of pocket and that it is sometimes taxing on my finances to purchase enough cardstock for the station activities. My students were thrilled to learn of your donation and that we could continue to do station activities for upcoming topics.

Through the station activities, students get to explore, read about, research and watch videos on a specific science topic. Then they assess themselves, complete a card sort, create an illustration related to the topic and write answers to pointed questions in order to evaluate their learning. Our most recent topic, thanks to you, was food webs; our current topic is symbiosis, relationships in nature.

Again without your help, we may not have been able to continue using these activities for science. My use of cardstock stems from the fact that I can reuse them from year to year. You have truly saved my science instruction with your donation.”
