I love my job! I teach 3rd grade to students in a small community. Around 70% of our students qualify for free and/or reduced lunches. Living and teaching in a small community means that funds, jobs, and finances are limited. Like any other school, we are also focusing on covering all the material for those dreaded tests in April. Our students scored well last year, so the pressure to score even higher is ever upon us.
