These self regulation sensory supports will allow my students to explore and accept the world around them. As we know most students with special needs struggle with self regulation, which often results in them becoming upset when the environment around them is too loud, too bright or just too busy. With these materials my students will be able to self regulate their nervous system, so that they can accept the environment that surrounds them! I have learned from years of experience that a regulated nervous system increases progress and provides students with coping strategies that last a lifetime.
