I am lucky enough to teach in a community where technology has taken over the households. It is to the extend that today my students were surveying the class and the most common question was... "Do you like Wii, Ipad, 3dDS or Kindle Fires better?" My students are learning through technology in their homes, while here at school our technology is limited. I was lucky enough to receive an interactive white board this year and in 7 years of teaching I have never sent such high leveled thinking, intelligent students to the next grade. I truly believe technology had something to do with this and I am advocating for the best education for my students. In this day and age the best education involves a ton of technology.
