  • Scholastic News to Learn Please!

    Funded Oct 31, 2024

Thank you for donating to a project that will help engage my students. You have given my students the opportunity to read engaging and exciting news articles about current topics in all genres. My students have chances to practice or learn new vocabulary, work in groups and explore different topics around the world.

The students can now say to family, friends, and peers using Scholastic News allows them to stay informed like reading a newspaper. As an educator I'm elated at the fact the students can develop critical thinking skills using high quality, age appropriate content that will enhance new experiences. On Fridays we like to have debates, by supporting opinions with facts, and the students can do so by using their Scholastic News article. Thank you for supporting our classroom goal for learning with Scholastic News magazines. The students love using them.”

  • My Eco-Friendly Reusable Tote Bag!

    Funded May 31, 2024

Thank you for supporting our classroom project supplying tote bags for our students. These tote bags are a practical and versatile tool in the classroom that can enhance organization, responsibility, creativity, and environmental awareness among students, while also making craft activities more enjoyable and efficient.

Tote bags can help the students with organization and storage.

It will promote material management. The bags can help keep crafting materials like scissors, glue, markers, and paper organized. Each student can have a personal tote bag to store their materials, preventing clutter and making it easy to distribute and collect items. It will also allow project storage. In-progress projects can be stored in tote bags, ensuring that pieces are kept together and reducing the risk of losing important parts. It can promote easy mobility and accessibility. It is easy transport. The students can easily carry their materials to different areas of the classroom or even to other locations like art rooms, Literacy room or home.

Having all necessary materials in one bag makes it easy for students to access what they need quickly, without wasting time searching for items. Tote bags can be highly valuable in the classroom. We appreciate all the donations you have made to provide for our class project.”
