I have a group of very eager learners. They love being read to because many have not developed the necessary skills to read the stories they are interested in. They are English Language Learners, many are new to The United States. They are, in many cases, in school for the first time. Our school is in one of the poorest congressional districts in New York so procuring necessary materials is difficult.
