Dear Donors,

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for your generous support of our project, "Time to Feel, Time to Heal," and to share with you the profound impact it has had on our 7th and 8th-grade students.

Thanks to your contributions, we were able to implement two key components of our project: providing nutritious snacks for mental clarity and expanding our classroom library with diverse books on social-emotional learning (SEL).

The provision of nutritious snacks has been instrumental in ensuring that our students have the energy and focus to fully engage in all learning activities. By addressing their physical needs, we have seen a remarkable improvement in their mental clarity and emotional regulation during classroom discussions and self-reflection exercises. The simple act of nourishing their bodies has created a foundation for enhanced learning and well-being.

Additionally, the addition of diverse books on SEL to our classroom library has enriched our students' understanding of important topics such as empathy, resilience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. These resources have sparked meaningful discussions and facilitated a deeper sense of self-awareness and empathy among our students. They have provided invaluable tools for effective communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation, empowering our students to navigate the complexities of adolescence with confidence and compassion.

One of the most remarkable outcomes of this project has been the cultivation of a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued and understood. Through your support, we have fostered a culture of empathy, compassion, and respect among students and staff alike. Our students have demonstrated remarkable resilience, determination, and commitment to supporting one another's growth and well-being.
