  • Tripods That Will Last!

    Funded Sep 18, 2024

I once again cannot thank you enough for the impact that you have had on my students. These new tripods have played such a significant impact on our program these past two months. We have used them for numerous projects, including recently where my students created stop motion animations.

Additionally it they have been used for numerous events around the school, like our annual "Coffee House" art and music show, our monthly positive behaviors incentive events, and we will be using them tomorrow to record a Christmas show for a local elementary school.

Your kindness has and will continue to help us grow as a program and has given my students the ability to use professional grade equipment. Thank you once again.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Anderson

  • Shelves for Space Part 2!

    Funded May 30, 2024

I cannot thank you enough for your continued generosity and support of my program. This year we were moved to another location in the building where the room is smaller and these shelves did the trick.

All of the TVs, cords, consoles, etc. are all neatly packed away and allow for student to be competitive with one another while building a sense of camaraderie. With your generous donation, my film classes are also able to properly set up for our TV station/student news, without having to move heavy tables and TVs to make room.

Again, thank you again for your philanthropy!”

  • Shelves for Space

    Funded Mar 7, 2024

I cannot thank you enough for your continued generosity and support of my program. My students this year have had many struggles, namely the restructuring of our school building after a turbulent ending of a school year last year due to closure as a result of damaged asbestos. My students have taken this hardship in stride and have made the best of the situation. Through the enormous generosity of community members like you, my students are being provided with materials that give them an outlet to socialize, gain knowledge, build camaraderie, and explore new avenues they never thought were available to them. We have had the shelves up and in use for the last couple weeks and it has made a world of difference. We have even begun to print attachments from our 3d printer to make even greater use of the shelves like controller holders and headphone holders, etc.

Again, thank you again for your philanthropy!”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Anderson

  • eSports Opportunity for Public School Students

    Funded Aug 23, 2023

I just want to take this time to thank again for your donation to my project. We just received the Physical Xboxes this past month, so we can finally put these games to use. So far this year the class has been a wonderful success. We have been able to play on our Nintendo Switches in the mean time while we were waiting for the other consoles to come in. Students have been eager to play the games and are extremely grateful for your generosity.

Earlier this month we were able to begin an after school gaming club, which will expand your impact on our school community even further!

Again, with the sincerest gratitude, I would like to thank you for your amazing generosity.”

  • Memory for Memories

    Funded Oct 15, 2019

Thank you so much for your amazing donation to our program. My students have been greatly impacted my your generosity. My students have recently been able to expand our program by taking additional footage and photos of events around the school. My students have also been able to finally rent out cameras over the weekends and over holiday breaks because they now have the media storage in order to save their work without the worry of losing any information. Additionally, the size of these memory cards have allowed them to have the flexibility to explore their creativity to a whole new level. Thank you again so much.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Anderson

This project will help provide an essential need in order to use all of the equipment in our classroom: Memory Cards. We are very lucky to have received a variety of professional grade equipment through a grant this year, but I struggle to distribute multiple cameras out at one time due to the lack availability of memory cards. Currently my students are working with just SIX small sized memory cards for 140+ students. By providing my students with additional memory cards, we will be able to take photos or videos and not have to worry about them being accidentally deleted to make room for the next person.
