I work with 8-12 grade students in a tier 3 alternative setting school. My favorite part of working with at-risk kids is that they all share in the common goal of graduating. Since we have a small building with only two classroom teachers, we are able to provide students with individualized instruction. I wouldn't want to teach anywhere else!
