I want to give my students the ability to access information on the internet, while recognizing sites to avoid. We tackle research projects for Black History Month, Earth Day, Science A - Z books, famous and not-so-famous artists and authors, etc... Students that need more of a challenge can use individual tablets to create and discover more in depth projects. Students that need extra help can work on practicing foundational skills. While a lot of children today have access to some kind of technology, using technology efficiently takes guided practice.
