Funded Jan 23, 2023Hello, The school year is almost over but the students know that we have a lot of work to do. They are working hard and asking for breaks. The breaks includes all the techniques that are in the "Calming Zone" from breathing techniques like "Counting to 8", "Smell the Flower and Blowing a Candle and Belly Breathing. There is an area for the students to lay, chill and breathe.
Students can also use the "stretchable fidget tubes", "Monkey Noodles", "Stress Balls", read a book, draw, or just rest.
