I have an amazing class of bright eyed and eager little 5 and 6 year olds. Our school was built in the 60's and is a Title 1 school. The students are a very diverse group. We have several military children and children who are ESL. My students need a lot of hands on material to enrich the state SOL's. It is important to have a variety of materials available for them since every student is not on the same level. They enjoy the variety of learning materials and shine when the activity involves hands on learning.
