  • A Splash Of Color Goes A Long Way

    My students are loving the color printer. They are so happy to have the option to print in color. During our argument unit they created posters for oral presentations about specific arguments and they were so happy to print in color. It brought the poster and images to life! It also made the students more interested in the activity.

    We are looking forward to the units ahead!! Poetry and Romeo and Juliet!! These units require a lot of creativity and I know the color printer will be used to its capacity.”

  • A Nontraditional Learning Space

    The students are loving all the items!! Everyday they come into the room drop their belongings at their desks and grab some sensory fidgets. They really love the fidgets!!!! Every student uses them. The overall new space is a game-changer. The students love the bean bags and rug and chair. They always want to be there! We have to set a time limit on some days so they each get a turn!

    They really are super grateful. They enjoyed making the thank you cards with the new markers and colored pencils. One of my female students is a super fan of the stickers. She hands them out to her friends.

    We are truly grateful for your generosity. The best part of this journey is the fact that they like the room space.”

  • Reinventing My Classroom Ecology!

    I truly cannot express how grateful I am for your generous contributions. The students were beyond excited to see the comfy rug and bean bag chairs. Everyday they come into class "Can I sit on the bean bag?" or "Can I sit in the chair?" They love the pillows and floor cushions. You'd be surprised at how many of them will try to squeeze into the area. I can hear them talking and laughing. It is such a great sound to hear.

    This area has really been a wonderful addition to the classroom. The students are also more motivated to start and complete assignments. They are free to take a break and relax as needed but they are also free to enjoy the area once they have completed their work.

    I am so very appreciative for your support.”
