My students are children that range from grades first through fifth. My students are kind, thoughtful, hardworking, and struggle in reading. I meet with students in small groups daily, who are struggling to achieve reading success in the classroom setting. These students need extra support and encouragement to help close the reading gap that separate them from their classmates. During our reading sessions we focus on reading strategies, phonics, comprehension, accuracy, and begin to develop a love for reading.
