We currently have a very out of date library for our diverse learners in the cluster program. The guided reading books I have inherited in my classroom are old, torn, and frankly not of interest to my students. It seems like too often the low incidence/cluster students get the short end of the stick with materials. Please consider donating to our classroom so we can have appropriate and up-to-date reading to enhance our diverse learners’ needs. We will use these guided reading books daily to work on and enhance their reading and writing skills. I have a group of students with various intellectual, developmental delays, as well as disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome. They really truly are an exceptional group of students!
