• We Need Somewhere to Sit!

• Financial Literacy Equals Success!

  I would like to take this time to thank you for you donations to my classroom. Thanks to you, we have been able to jumpstart our journey into learning about financial literacy.

  We are currently learning the value of coins and how to use them! We are also learning about the dollar bill.

  My students have been excited to learn all about how to manage their money. I love that I was able to print and laminate several coins for my students and more importantly, there is no limit to how much I can print and laminate!

  The magnetic money also makes it extremely easy to teach all students and have this money posted on the whiteboard where they can all see it. Thanks again!”

• Let’s Make Math Fun!

  Thank you so much for our new math resources! My students were ecstatic to hear that we received so many things that they can use for math!

  I was teaching a particular lesson on counting back. I handed them their number lines so that they could visually see the number 12 and count back 7! It was so nice to see them all using the number line to solve that! One of my students was also excited to use the Rekenrek to show a different way to solve that problem.

  Once again, thank you! We are now starting place value, and I'm certain my students will all be excited to use the white boards to continue solving equations!”

• It’s Math Time!

  I'd like to thank you for our math resources! My students enjoyed their whiteboard erasers, markers and journals! They look forward to opening up their math journals for the warm up of the day! It has also made learning math fun! They love bringing their whiteboard supplies to the rug during math. Now, they can use erasers instead of tissue, and most importantly, they look forward to math! They love asking me to start the timer when working on math problems. They almost feel like it's a race! It's very motivating for my students! Thanks again for brightening their day, and their learning!”

• Please Refill Our Printer Ink!

  We would like to thank you for taking the time to donate to our classroom. Thanks to you, we now have ink so that we can continue to print stories that we can take home. As a result, we can continue to practice our decoding skills at home, and also improve our comprehension.

  The most exciting part of this all, is that we can keep these stories, to continue to read them over and over again.

  I am extremely grateful that you chose my classroom to donate to. Thanks to you, I was able to purchase phonics activities that my students can use year round. These phonics activities not only align with our curriculum, but they are useful in the classroom, and at home.

  My students are also excited to have these printouts. They enjoy filling things in such as the beginning, middle, and ending sounds. They love that they can color pictures, find rhyming words, and most of all, they love the word searches I was able to purchase for them.

They now have access to their own base ten blocks, counters, along with other laminated printables I was able to create and include in their boxes.

  My students were extremely excited to see and use their toolboxes when they were complete. They love that they have a box that is personalized to them and their needs.

  In addition, giving each student a math toolbox has made my classroom run smoother, as kids now have access to their own materials and don't have to worry about sanitizing materials after every use.”

• Writing on the iPad

  I am extremely thankful to have been given such a useful tool such as the Apple Pencil. This pencil has made it so easy for me to write on the screen while my students watch from home. I can properly model my phonics lessons as If I were using a whiteboard. It's also easier for me to model addition and subtraction for my students, as I can clearly draw shapes, cross some out, or add some more.

  Lastly, it has helped me correct my students' writing because I can edit photos they send me of their writing and send it back to them. Thanks again!”
