  • A Connecting Source

    Funded Nov 13, 2024

My classroom and I would like to express our most deepest gratitude for your never ending support. My students are very excited to use the materials you helped bring to our classroom. Ideas of what projects to work on are already ongoing. Creativity seems to be in the air and because kids are technology friendly, it makes it easier to get up and go. However, we are inclusive to all students and help those who may need extra help or have never used this type of equipment before.

Once again, thank you for your strong support.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Jose Fuentes

  • Relaxing Strings

    Funded Jan 31, 2024

I am extremely pleased and at the same time humbled to receive this musical instrument. It already has captivated the minds of my little ones. There is plenty of excitement and also it appears to be a genuine desire to study music and be able to play this musical instrument.

Students seemed to be determined to wanting to learn to play this musical instrument. And through hard work, this desire of many students, will come true.

I want to express my gratitude for making this idea come to reality.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Jose Fuentes

  • Compute and Construct

    Funded Oct 2, 2023

Exposing elementary students to STEAM projects is a great idea. Once students understand what they need to do, they are very enthusiastic about getting their hands on and contribute to a challenge. Gender nor Language pose a threat to students becoming involved. Females as well as males want to be builders and want to use tools to get something done. On the other hand, newcomers who have trouble understanding a lesson participate more by getting their hands on. I am proud of my students accomplishments and I am extremely thankful to all donors who have contributed to this goal. THANK YOU!!!”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Jose Fuentes

A great deal of excitement has come over our classroom. Students are getting more involved in learning new words and growing their language acquisition with the use of this amazing tool generously donated by your team. Students are now volunteering on taking a bolder chance while getting their hands on this wonderful tool.

My students and I would like to send a warm feeling of gratitude for your contribution. Your involvement in our classroom will lead to new academic growth. Students are eager to use new and interesting technological tools.”

  • Click & Snap

    Funded May 8, 2023

Thank you for providing an amazing tool to our classroom. Students are learning how to take pictures, and record videos. Students have already began to practice recording each other performing their amazing science activities. Students are competing as to who can take that perfect shot.

Student learning seems to be on the up and up. Student engagement has improved due to the hands on use of this tool.

Thank you for making this wish come true. Students are now presented with a different learning modality. One of which will stay with them for a long time.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Jose Fuentes

  • Sounds Up!

    Funded May 8, 2023

The donation you have made to our classroom has already made an impact. Students love music and this tool has given us the ability to incorporate music into our classroom and also to go beyond just the classroom. We now have the ability to go into the school yard and have activities there, and have the necessary tools to be heard loud and clear.

One of the activities students seem to love a lot, is the use of the microphone. Students are filled with excitement as they hear themselves on the loud speaker.”

  • Like a Pro!

    Funded May 8, 2023

Your donation has already made a huge impact in our classroom. My students are excited to have the technological tool available and ready to use. Students are working on creating an assignment using project based learning.

Students are already assigning each other roles, especially that of using the camera and taking the time to record a few scenes of our story board.

I can anticipate that this tool will help not only students themselves but also improve the way they learn.

I would like to thank you for all your strong support.”

  • A Brave New World

    Funded Sep 2, 2022

Thank you for helping provide these wonderful technological tools to my students. Students are helping to set up, and also are learning to use these tools with a lot of ease. They see it done one time and quickly learn to do it themselves. My students love to watch videos on the huge screen and they want to make it available during instructional time. I can predict, that my students' involvement in their own learning will grow and students will participate more because of the hands-on approach.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Jose Fuentes

  • Becoming Immortals

    Funded Sep 20, 2022

We would like to say THANK YOU for the classroom resources you have helped to bring to our classroom. My students are loving these items so much. They have almost no difficulty learning to use it and they are now planning projects such as STEAM and Math group activities. Their plan is to view themselves working on the projects and create small clips that they can use and share with their parents. Students' creativity is blossoming, which is leading to students becoming more interested in their own learning.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Jose Fuentes

My group of students is a 3rd grade class made up of both Latinos and African American students from low income families eager to learn. They attend a public school in California. They are very inquisitive with lots of questions in their little minds. They try very hard, and though they do not succeed every time, they do not give up and continue to give it their best shot. But when they succeed or do their work just right, their faces glow with excitement and joy. That inspires them to continue to strive forward towards new learning adventures. It is my pleasure to teach them strong academic content using the most up to date technological tools available to us. My students love hands-on activities. They like to touch and explore, and they love visual aids that enhance their learning modalities.
